WXXV-TV Prize Claim/Contest Rules
 
 
 
1.         No purchase necessary.
 
2.         Must be at least 18.
 
3.         Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Prizes may be awarded or refused at the sole discretion of the sponsors.
 
4.         Winner is ineligible to win any other prize from WXXV FOX 25, Morris Multimedia or its affiliates for 90 Days after date  won.
 
5.         Employees and immediate family members of WXXV FOX 25 and its affiliates are not eligible for any contest sponsored by WXXV FOX 25
 
6.         Winners will be responsible for any/all taxes due, if any due as a result of winning this prize.
 
7.         Winners agree to have their likeness and/or pictures used for promotional purposes without compensation by WXXV FOX 25 and its sponsors.
 
8.         Prize winner accepts and assumes all risks and liability associated with his or her             participation in this contest, specifically releases the promoters from any and all arising from physical or emotional injury, economic loss, damages of any type, nature or cause, or any other claim of negligence which may arise against the promoter, whether as a             result of the participant / prize winners or any other entity’s actions or inactions related to this contest or prize.
 
Releaser expressly agrees that this Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Mississippi, and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance of this Release shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
 
Releaser further states that he/she has carefully read the foregoing Release and knows the contents thereof and signs this release as his/her own free act.
